 Your gig:
 
 This position is responsible for managing the Athletic space, one of Virgin Active's core group exercise experiences with the goal of maximising its attendance and penetration. Gaining creative direction from our global team, you'll develop and grow the program to guarantee an irresistible experience for all. 
 
 In a nutshell:
 
<ul>
 <li>Manage program developments in line with the global framework (and local industry insights) both in club and online, to drive its performance.</li>
 <li>Oversee the delivery of the program to maximise its growth, attendance and penetration,from strategic planning to tactical execution.</li>
 <li>Manage program recruitment, identify talent channels and make final hiring decisions in partnership with club leadership teams.</li>
 <li>Oversee all program training including determining venues and logistics, material and asset design, technical skill assessment, mentoring and delivery of program workshops to develop and inspire high calibre performance from each instructor.</li>
 <li>Ensure a united and considered approach to feedback with club leadership teams across program training and class delivery.</li>
 <li>Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our program from the market.</li>
 <li>Lead partnerships, initiatives, special events and campaigns with key central stakeholders.</li>
 <li>Support club operations teams in maintaining studio and equipment brand standards</li>
 <li>Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.</li>
 <li>Stay up to date with quantitative and qualitative data to maintain acute awareness of program and instructor specific results, performance gaps and opportunities.</li>
 <li>Lead program awareness, ensuring all teams have sound knowledge of program attributes, benefits, and value proposition.</li>
 <li>Personally deliver classes to ensure presence and connection with the program. with the uniqueness that's given you a rock star following.</li>
</ul>
All about you:

 <li>You have 5+ years of relevant group ex and leadership experience, your Cert III in Fitness (or recognised instructor qual), a superb group ex reputation, your first aid and CPR certs.</li>
 <li>You have aligned experience. You know how to create meaningful programs and encourage mindfulness of the people around you. You bring a rare combination of group ex technical aptitude, commerciality, and decision-making. You're an athlete and performer. Both equally. You love to design programs as much as you love to deliver them.</li>
 <li>You are people focused. You're a raw and magnetic personality. You get a kick out of getting people to those I did it! moments. You're confident and cool under pressure. Inspiring the community to push themselves to new heights (one class at a time).</li>
