Role OverviewThe Sales Representative (Medical and Pharmaceutical Products) will be responsible for promoting and selling ACP Pharmaceuticals’ pharmaceutical and healthcare-related products and services to healthcare providers, pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers, and other industry stakeholders.The role requires a commercially driven individual with strong communication and relationship management skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Promote and sell ACP Pharmaceuticals’ pharmaceutical and therapeutic products to existing and prospective clients across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Identify and develop new business opportunities with pharmacies, healthcare providers, clinics, distributors, wholesalers, and other industry stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Visit existing and prospective clients to establish, develop, and maintain strong professional business relationships&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable pharmaceutical and healthcare products based on client and market needs&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACP Pharmaceuticals’ product range, industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends within the pharmaceutical sector&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, process sales orders, and assist with contract arrangements where required&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Coordinate product supply, delivery arrangements, and ongoing customer service support to ensure efficient service delivery&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services provided and assist in resolving customer enquiries or concerns&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Prepare sales activity reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business expenses&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Report on sales performance, customer feedback, market conditions, and emerging business opportunities to management&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Attend meetings, product presentations, conferences, and industry events to promote ACP Pharmaceuticals’ products and services&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ensure all sales and promotional activities are conducted in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate Requirements<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or technical sales&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Minimum 12 months of relevant work experience in a related sales, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical products environment&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Previous experience in business development, account management, or pharmaceutical sales highly regarded&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Strong organisational and reporting skills&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Commercially driven with the ability to achieve sales and business development targets&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Current driver’s licence preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;SalarySalary: AUD 76,000 – AUD 86,000 Plus superannuation
